Top 20 Rock Countdown - June 19, 2009

This week’s Top 20 brings one new entry and one slipping off the charts, yes Slipknot is long gone and a dead memory. Shinedown, though still hanging onto No. 1, Disturbed moved up a spot to No. 2, Linkin Park racing up to no. 3 from last week they were at 4, Saving Abel went up to no. 4 and Green Day took their spot at no. 5 with Know Your Enemy. Cavo, with their single moved up to no. 6 from 7, next week I am certain they will be in top 5, they have been on the charts for 9 weeks and moved up quickly. Halestorm has been on the charts for 11 weeks and moved up one spot also to no. 9 from 10 last week. The Veer Union who was on and off now on again moved up to 14 from 17, Pop Evil, Red both moving down the charts to make room for new bands to make their spotlight. Cage The Elephant made it to no. 19, they have been on the charts for 8 weeks and made it to top 20 with their single Ain’t No Rest For The Wicked, which has received a lot of air play right here at NetWavz Radio.
