Rare Kiss Video From The Band's First Tour Surfaces on YouTube!

The flick features footage of the only known live performance of "Acrobat" and boasts a near-complete coverage of the 1974 concert in Long Beach, CA.
The 8mm film debuted almost two weeks ago, was the sixth of the year, and the first on the west coast, making the reel a rare find indeed. Parts of the video are purported to have been used in the Kissology DVD, synced with audio from other live shows.

The Offspring To Release First Album in Five Years
Submitted by Chelsea Schmid on Sat, 05/24/2008 - 02:10.Fans of the Offspring will soon be treated to a long-awaited eighth studio album when Rise and Fall, Rage and Grace hits store shelves on June 17.
The band has been quiet for over five years now, producing nothing since 2003's Splinter, but the quartet still fair well: 1994's Smash release is still highest selling album of all time on an independent label.
The Offspring are currently touring overseas with various artists and have made the new album's first single, "Hammerhead," available on the band's official website at offspring.com

Today, at the Telcom Center in Jackson MS, Peavy Electronics owner, founder and CEO Hartley Peavy is among the Mississippi Technology Alliance's inaugural inductees to it's Mississippi Innovators Hall of Fame.
