This fourth studio set has been in high demand with their fans, this self-titled album debuted on the billboard charts in first place and after hearing this album we all know why. Seventeen Days was a great album, but this is best of 3 Doors Down. Three songs off the album were singles only a week or two into the release. “Citizen Soldier”, “Train”, and “It’s Not My Time.” The typical 3 Doors Down single “It’s Not My Time” is a typical single for the band. Brad Arnold lead man has great vocals and captures the listeners with his voice.

"Nine Lives" -- a new single featuring Def Leppard and Tim McGraw -- will be featured in the opening of NBA broadcasts on ABC through the rest of the season and on ABC and ESPN during the playoffs. The track is the first single from Def Leppard's new album, Songs From the Sparkle Lounge, to be released April 29. McGraw and Def Leppard were in Los Angeles last week to shoot video footage for the opening segments. McGraw became friends with the rock musicians after making a guest appearance on "Pour Some Sugar on Me" during the band's 2006 appearance at the Hollywood Bowl.

Even though Bret Michaels endured two seasons worth of conniving, drunken debauchery, bad weaves and cat fights on his reality show "Rock of Love," he admits that he still may not have found that one special woman.
On this month's season two finale of his hit VH1 show, Michaels chose TV host Ambre out of the pack. While the two may not be head-over-heels in love, Michaels says he has found someone who is "nice and cool." That's a big improvement for the former lead singer of Poison: He and his season one pick, Jess, didn't even date once the show ended.

A disgruntled home owner is suing Bret Michaels for allegedly causing $380,000 worth of damage to the property where the singer's "Rock of Love" TV show is filmed.

Ray Sahranavard has filed his lawsuit against Michaels and the show's production company, Mindless Entertainment Inc.

He claims at least $380,000 worth of damage was caused to his Encino, Calif., home during the shooting of Michael's reality dating show, which is nearing the end of its second season on VH1.

Serj Tankian has a plan to help improve the environment and cut down on emissions: holographic touring. “I think we could reduce our need to travel if we could project ourselves into meetings and concerts. We have the technology, and we’re not using it right now,” said the System of a Down frontman. “It would open up a whole new world for touring.

According to Billboard, the MÖTLEY CRÜE bassist has been named president of Eleven Seven Records. As part of his position, he will oversee a roster that includes BUCKCHERRY, DROWNING POOL and TRAPT. Sixx says, quote, "I've had enough success and enough misfires [over the last] 25 years that I can go back and draw on that experience, and I think that's helpful for the artists."

According to Wal-Mart's website, a KORN collection called Playlist: The Very Best of Korn will be released around the end of the month. There's no word on a track listing, but the disc seems to have a tentative release date of April 29th. And since this is Wal-Mart, it will be released there in a family-friendly edited version.

COULD THERE BE A REALITY SHOW ABOUT AXL ROSE'S "EFFORTS" TO RELEASE "CHINESE DEMOCRACY" Remember when Dr. Pepper tried to pry "Chinese Democracy" out of Axl Rose's hands by promising to give EVERYONE IN AMERICA a free can of Dr. Pepper if the album is released by the end of the year. Well Some "music-oriented" cable channel . . . that conveniently asked not to be identified . . . has supposedly offered to give Axl a REALITY SHOW. The show would follow his seemingly endless "efforts" to release "Chinese Democracy".
