Slipknot - Psychosocial Lyrics

I did my time, and I want out!
So abusive faith!
It doesn't cut, this soul is not so vibrant.
The reckoning, the sickening.
Back at your subversion.
Pseudo-sacred sick before dawn.
Go to your deserts, go dig your graves!
Then fill your mouth with all the money you will save.
Sinking in, getting smaller again.
I'm done! It has begun, I'm not the only one!

And the rain will kill us all.
Throw ourselves against the wall.
But no-one else can see.
The preservation of the martyr in me.

Psychosocial, Psychosocial, Psychosocial.
Psychosocial, Psychosocial, Psychosocial.

Speculation abounds that Metallica will be the next band featured in their own version of "Guitar Hero," much like the just-released recent Aerosmith-centric game.

A Perfect Circle The Pain of Perfection PT 3

The progress of making Thirteenth Step wasn't solely hampered by Keenan's commitments to Tool, it was also slowed by lineup changes. First, guitarist Troy Van Leeuwen left to tour with Queens of the Stone Age partway through the recording. Initially, he planned to return afterward to finish the Circle disc, but the Queens' touring schedule kept him occupied.

"I think he was afraid for his life," joked bassist Jeordie White. "If he had left them [the way past members had], they might have beat his ass or killed him."

A Perfect Circle The Pain of Perfection PT2

For someone so uncomfortable with exposure, Keenan has made a strange career choice, fronting not just one band but two. Not only does he sing for a Perfect Circle, he's also the voice of the tribal, psychedelic math-metal band Tool. Over the past year, Keenan has discovered that being in two groups can be thoroughly exhausting and more than a bit perplexing.
